This lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with parking in Navy Yard is an absolute must-see!
The unit itself features hardwood flooring in the main living areas, large windows in the living room and bedrooms, an updated kitchen with quartz... countertops and a gas range, oversized closets, and in-unit laundry. Both bedrooms can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed along with a dresser and nightstands. This unit is located in a building that is full of premium amenities including a 24-hour door person, concierge service, a recently renovated fitness center and indoor pool/sauna, community meeting/lounge rooms, and an interior courtyard with grilling stations.
Navy Yard is just outside the building with Canal Park; Navy Yard Metro and all of the dining and entertainment options the neighborhood has to offer! Whole Foods and Harris Teeter grocery stores are close by in addition to Vida Fitness Center and Nationals Park.
