Situated at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and New York Avenue NW and bordered by M Street and 7th Street, Mount Vernon Square is much more than its name implies. The neighborhood’s prime location puts it at the center of the hustle and bustle of DC’s downtown scene. The Walter E. Washington Convention Center and a thriving collection of shops and restaurants are nearby. The Mount Vernon Square Metro stop on the Green and Yellow lines brings you directly to the convention center. The area is home to the Carnegie Library, now a new Apple Store and exhibit space for the Historical Society of Washington, DC.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with exterior cameras that record the exterior and common areas. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. Access may be required with 24-hour notice. Neither the property owner nor the partner shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury related to the use of the parking space. Use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver.
