Kadjolo Coulibaly attended Northeastern University where he majored in Management Information Systems, a modern discipline that merges the study of business, management and computer. After College, Kadjolo worked on Wall Street for 2 years before leaving to gain experience in Public Relations. In his ten years of experience working in public relations and sales, Kadjolo has developed strong inter-personal skills that enable him to manage varying personalities as he works to resolve conflicts between customers and businesses.
He recently worked to resolve a conflict in his home country between a local religious organization and its surrounding businesses. By listening to the figureheads of each institution to better understand their goals for their respective organization, Kadjolo gained the grounding he needed to convince each organization to compromise and come to a resolution that each group deemed satisfactory.
Kadjolo's adept skills in communications also led him to work as a trainer for various companies where he taught employees how to strengthen their inter-personal skills. He worked to teach employees how to appropriately communicate with clients in a way that proactively avoids as well as resolve potential conflicts.
