This charming three bedroom and two full bath home is full of character! The second level of the home features two nicely sized- bedrooms, a third smaller bedroom (which is currently converted into a large walk-in closet), and a full bath.
The lower level of the home is completely finished, and includes an area that could either be used as a family room/den or additional sleeping room. This level also features a small kitchenette, a second full bath, laundry, and access to the back yard. The back yard is fenced in, and there is off-street parking for one car and a large storage shed.
This home is located in the Northeast Washington, DC neighborhood of Edgewood. It is in close proximity to the Rhode Island Ave/Brentwood metro station, and both the D8 and G8 metro bus stations. Residents can enjoy easy access to many local restaurants and businesses, including the Bryant Street Market and Alamo Draft House cinema.
There is a $50 application fee per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, gas and electricity), in addition to any cable/internet service they wish to subscribe to. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300. Tenants are responsible for landscaping maintenance and snow removal.
