The spacious living room is located off the kitchen and has west facing windows. The bedroom is is nicely sized, and has hardwood flooring and west facing windows. There is a large walk-in closet off the bedroom that connects to the full bathroom. The bathroom is nicely appointed with a large vanity, additional storage, and a combo bath/shower. The laundry closet is in this area and the bathroom also connects to the main entrance hall of the unit.

The Potomac Place Tower Condominium is part of a larger condo association complex. The complex has a gym (machines, workout room, weight room), pool, business center, and large reservable common-areas for larger gatherings. The building is secure building with fob access. The main building (Potomac Park Tower - 800 4th ST SW) has a 24/7 concierge, which handles package deliveries.

This complex is located near the SW Waterfront Metro, a Safeway grocery store, a branch of the DC library, the DC Wharf, and many other local businesses and restaurants. The building is also located in close proximity to the Nationals Ballpark and Audi Field for the sports lovers!

There is a $50 application fee per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one year. There is a minimum credit score requirement of 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas, water is included. Tenant is also responsible for cable/internet service (if desired). Tenant is responsible for a $400 non-refundable move-in fee (elevator reservation and loading dock use), and a $525 refundable damage deposit. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.
