This is the main two... floors for rent in a newly renovated home with lots of space, light, and a huge backyard, lots of parking, and it's all solar powered with panels on the roof! There are wonderful forest views across the street, and Capitol and Basilica views from upstairs. We are fortunate to have the ability to choose among some of the most interesting people visiting Washington, and you'll be able to share our home with them.
Includes the deck, patio, kitchen and outdoor grill. You can use the hammock in the back, relax on the patio in the private, fenced backyard, make dinner in the kitchen, and decompress after a long day. Two-car parking is included in the price with EV charging available.
Feel free to relax on the deck! I have two gardens and rooftop solar panels you can see from the back. The deck is a great spot to relax, have a drink, and decompress after a long day enjoying the city. Note that the upstairs of the home is occupied by other guests, who may request access to the laundry while you are gone. It's a quite space, but you may hear guests walking around upstairs from time to time.
