Their location on opposite sides of the apartment provides plenty of separation and privacy. There is no need to sacrifice storage for living space in this unit. There are plenty of closets and cabinetry throughout the whole space! This rental also boasts an included parking space that is off-site, but nearby.

The Hillside Condominium is located just off of 14th Street in Columbia Heights. With a location right above Florida Avenue, you will be nearby many of the great shops and restaurants in Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, and U Street Corridor. Several major bus lines run up and down 14th & 16th Streets including 52, 54, and the S-Line. The Columbia Heights Metro Station is also just about a half mile away.

There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). A gross household income of three-times the monthly rent is preferred. The minimum lease term is for one year. Tenants pay for electricity & cable/internet (if desired). One dog or cat is allowed. There is a one-time $300 non-refundable pet fee as well as a $100 building pet fee. Tenants are responsible for a move-in fee of $500. There is one parking space in a nearby parking garage (unaffiliated with the condo building). No smoking is allowed in this property. This unit will be available in mid-July.
