Great building with very kind staff. Location is great if you are a student at GW or working in the area. Lisa at the front desk is fantastic and always willing to help!

Maintenance staff is amazing and the amenities are nice. Concierge is the best, but really should have a 24 hour concierge with the price for rent and when looking at the comparable buildings in the area.
