Pros:
- Great location
- Great Amenities, nice gym
Cons:
- Elevators going down every now and then. It's currently out, and I remember occasions where one of the two elevators was out of order
- No in-unit dryer and washer, and even then they get broken so frequently. There are 6 washers on the ground level, with a bunch of dryers. It's a rarity to see all 6 of them working altogether, at least one of them is always broken, at one point three simultaneously. Some of the dryers don't dry the clothes and they come out super wet.
- Roaches in unit and public area. I remember seeing dead roaches on the floor of the laundry room, and the lounge on the third floor. I also have a cat (which I guess she plays with/hunts with roaches) and woke up to corpses of roaches many times - when it was happening a lot twice in a week. While I understand it's inevitable that this building is on the hill and there would be bugs, but the frequency just baffled me.
- Vandalized cars/theft attempts in the parking lot. I can't really blame the management because it's not their fault, but I just felt like they aren't trying to do anything to prevent or follow up on the police report. I feel like I've gotten the car theft/vandalization emails like four times in the span of two years I've been here, and when MY car got vandalized, they didn't even bother sending out any message, and didn't even offer me the video footage.
- Staffs. I mean, I can't really blame it all on the current staffs because for some reason staffs change quite often. But there are some occasions where I felt disrespected and they were not really following through with their promises. One time I got an email from one of the former staffs, with almost a scolding tone, saying that a package box with my name, which should be in the trash room, had been found in the lounge area on the third floor and that I need to place in the right place by just assuming that I deliberately trashed the box in the communal area, which I thought was a bit offensive/condescending. Another time, I was talking about the concerns how my walls paints are falling off and I was promised that the maintenance team will come over and have a look and it never happened.
- Walls. This apartment doesn't have a fan in the bathroom. All that moisture just gets into the paint on the wall and they just keep crumbling - not just the ones that face the bathroom directly, but the ceilings as well.
Packages in the mail room go missing often as well.

Look elsewhere
Roaches in the laundry rooms.
The package room is an absolute mess and packages are rarely in the right spot.
The elevator will go down constantly. At one point, one of the two elevators was not functioning for 4 weeks, leaving one elevator for all tenants and move-ins.
The apartment will create "emergencies" that allow them to enter your apartment without notice.
Cars get broken into a few times a year and they refuse to secure the lot with overnight security or something as simple as cameras.
They do not allow guest passes for parking. When I asked for one, I was told that my guest should be fine for a short period. When I pushed back that I have seen the tow truck driver come at all hours, day or night, the man in the leasing office said my guest should not park there. Essentially hedging his bet and hoping I would not know about the tow truck.
These are only a handful of issues, but there are many, many more. The location isn't the best either. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Property Manager Responded: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We checked with our onsite team and are pleased to confirm that our elevators have been fully operational without interruption for over a year now. As noted in your review, three cars parked in our lot were recently vandalized. This incident was isolated and has not been repeated. Finally, we apologize for any confusion regarding our parking policy. To clarify, guests are welcome to use the Future Resident spaces. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. A member of our onsite team will reach out to you personally to discuss your specific concerns in more detail. We're committed to working with you to ensure your living experience is positive and stress-free. Thank you for being a part of our community.

Unjustified Cleaning Charges
I had a disappointing experience with the management. After moving out, I was charged for primer, plaster, and deep cleaning, which I believe were unjustified. I do not smoke and only used regular scented candles and incense during my stay. These items do not cause the type of damage that would require extensive cleaning or repairs.
Renters should be aware of potential hidden charges and the poor customer service that might come with this property management company.

NO GUESTS ALLOWED!
Despite having a large parking lot that is never more than half full, the apartment does not offer guest parking spots nor do they provide guest parking passes. Anyone caught visiting a resident will be towed on sight with no warning.
They also use several flimsy excuses to enter everyone's apartment at least 3-4 times/year under the guise of various maintenance requests, usually related to the very old and poorly functioning A/C units in each apartment.
Do not move here if you value your privacy or if you ever plan on having visitors.
