To her, real estate is not just about numbers, trends, and “comps.” It’s about building relationships with people and helping them achieve their real estate and property goals. Tracy began her real estate sales career in 1988 with a custom home builder in Montgomery County, Maryland. She then joined Brookfield Properties in 1992, a large national builder/ developer. Over the course of her career at Brookfield Properties, Tracy held increasingly senior positions, ultimately culminating in her promotion to Division Manager. During this time, she worked closely with developers, homeowners, lenders, and local jurisdictions across a wide range of areas in Virginia and Maryland, including Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William, Montgomery, and Prince George’s Counties. In 1999, Tracy co-founded Bedford Falls Development LLC, which focused on acquiring and developing infill lots and properties inside and around the beltway. Since then, she has acquired and managed her own real estate portfolio, buying, selling, subdividing lots for new construction, and improving existing homes for resale and lease. Tracy and her family have been Arlington residents since 1998, and they currently reside in McLean, VA. When she’s not working, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband Ron, their two children, and their rescue dog Beau. She is also actively involved in various charities, including serving on the board of McLean Community Foundation, The Loudoun Serenity House and her neighborhood community association.
