my experience so far has been smooth. Nothing major to tell a story with but i have just moved in and been enjoying my unit so far. At the same time, i appreciate that everywhere is quiet and no noise. It allows me think.

It hasn’t improved that much, rats, roach , theres no cameras in the building, its always dirty so still the same , you need a better ways to improve this system and the building bc there’s nothing luxurious about this building.

It’s very quiet and the move in process was so easy. The leasing office was amazing and they also gave me a welcome gift. My apartment was clean and smelled amazing.

From the very beginning, the team has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire move-in process. They answered all of my questions clearly, communicated timelines well, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
The community itself is very nice and peaceful, and the positive atmosphere definitely reflects the effort the leasing office puts in. You can tell they care about residents and maintaining a great living environment.
I truly appreciate the support... and responsiveness, and I’m happy I chose to live here. Highly recommend!
