They are pretty efficient I had to move in during the snow storm on my birthday they were very accommodating giving the situation. My apartment is not bad either.

I can see the improvements that are being made, keep up the good work. I like the fact that you have fixed one of the broken treadmills in the fitness center. and the heat is working good in the mornings in the fitness center. I'm not freezing anymore while I'm working out. Thanks a bunch

I personally like the place ; i have been here for a while (over 12 years).
The only issue I have now is with the noisy neighbors and the hot water issue in the morning.
Overall, it is a nice place to live in ; it is convenient and the people working here are very friendly and professionals .

Overall, the apartment is good, and the staff are friendly. However, there are noise issues due to frequent dog barking early in the morning and late at night, and the walls are thin. There are also occasional problems with people parking in reserved spaces.

Excellent experience with staff, very clean, laundry facilities and amenities, nice neighborhood, easily accessible to various transportation modes like metro, buses etc
