Great amenities! Good location! I am happy with my decision to move here. Very luxurious apartment. The maintenance is good. Lots of small details that make the place good and facilities are great.

I discovered Balsa while searching for apartments in the DC area. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, especially Marcus and Rochelle, who assisted me every step of the way to move in on short notice and were always ready to answer any questions.
Before I moved in, the staff kindly guided me through all the amenities and even went as far as ensuring the apartment was in top-notch quality.
I chose Balsa Apartments for several reasons: its prime location, modern and... luxurious design with brand new appliances, high-security standards, lots of greenery, the cleanliness, and last but not least the friendly and energetic staff who are available throughout the hour.
I'm happy to be the first tenant here and already feel like part of a growing family.
I will surely be recommending this place to my peers.
