Mixed bag honestly. Pests stolen packages slow responses and resolve from management could be much improved. Also the wellness suite, the reason I chose this property, was out of commission for most of March for construction. Glad work was done. Front desk staff is always friendly. And I enjoyed using the grills for the first time a few weeks back. So-So.
Property Manager Responded: Thank you for your honest feedback—we truly appreciate it. We appreciate your patience during the wellness suite renovations and are glad to hear you’re enjoying the updated space. We’re also happy to hear you’ve enjoyed the grills and our friendly front desk team—we’ll be sure to share your kind words. We would like to connect with you directly to learn more about your concerns and better assist. Please feel free to reach out to us at crossingdc@greystar.com.

Crossing DC is a beautiful building with a high-end aesthetic, but the actual living experience currently suffers from a massive gap between 'marketing' and 'maintenance.' I moved in to find the crown-jewel amenities—the pool and wellness center—entirely shut down. Until management prioritizes resident service and proactive rent credits for these service failures, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this building to anyone seeking a reliable luxury experience in the Navy Yard.
Property Manager Responded: Thank you for your candid feedback and for your kind words about the community’s design. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not aligned with your expectations. We want to clarify that the pool and Wellness Suite closures are part of planned renovations, not service failures. These improvements are being made to enhance the overall resident experience, and we are very excited to reopen these spaces soon. We understand how important amenity access is, especially at move-in, and appreciate your patience during this time. We would welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly to better understand your experience. Please feel free to reach out to us at crossingdc@greystar.com

Latch is annoying. Elevators always broken. “Security” is strange and rude to residents. The amenities close at 10pm. The gym is very nice. There are cockroaches on the roof
Property Manager Responded: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your experience have been frustrating. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the gym, and we would welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly regarding your other comments. Please feel free to reach out to our management team at crossingdc@greystar.com so we can discuss your experience further.
