AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Something is very wrong with this building. We were constantly sick when we lived here. The water will make your eyes burn when you shower, and good luck having consistently hot water. There are constant water leaks and pipes bursting, which is what ultimately led to us breaking our lease. We had water seeping into our walls and carpet from a burst pipe for hours before they shut the water off. Then the only solution offered to us was one fan underneath the carpet. The maintenance person was nice enough to replace our drywall, but we had to specifically ask him for this because management said no. The carpet and padding underneath stayed wet for 72 hours and started to grow mold. Management gaslit us constantly and refused to replace the carpet or compensate us for the week and a half that we were not able to live in the unit due to the damages. The new management company may put on a better front than Greystar, but DO NOT BE FOOLED. They don't care about you!
