I love this neighborhood.. I love the staff even more ! The assistant property manager .. Kadie is the best she makes me feel like I’m the only resident here at lighthouse .. Maintenance is very friendly all of my concerns are always addressed..

The upstairs neighbor's are super loud. It sounds like a WWE match going on at all hours of the day. Not to mention the bass of the music really adds a great touch. Smells like weed. No respect for the surrounding residents. Wish I had better things to say because I enjoy living here. Just wish the office would do more about the issues I have brought to them.

I dont know why I'm being charged $80 amenities fee. It's only me. And what are we going to do with the dog poo. It would be nice if towing is not enforced on holidays like in some apartments.
