Move My experience with this building has been extremely disappointing. While staff were friendly and attentive during the leasing process, that professionalism disappeared immediately after move-in.

Maintenance and management have been consistently unresponsive and unreliable. Work orders are marked as “completed” when they are not, and there is little to no communication or follow-up when repairs are unsuccessful. Residents are left to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates.

Even... more concerning is management’s lack of accountability. Instead of addressing issues appropriately, there is a clear pattern of shifting blame onto residents for problems that appear to stem from the building itself. This is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

I have also experienced a security-related issue, which raises serious concerns about the safety and oversight of the property.

Overall, this building fails to meet basic expectations for communication, transparency, and resident support. I would not recommend living here unless significant improvements are made.

For the amount of rent being charged, this level of service is completely unjustified. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere this experience is not worth the cost. Read More

Picking up my keys today was a breeze thanks to the team at Modera H Street. Big thanks to Mallory for her personable demeanor and patience with me throughout the process.

I toured Modera H Street today, and I was genuinely impressed! The building is gorgeous and has everything you could ask for — a pool, yoga studio, gym, multiple lounge areas on nearly every floor, indoor and outdoor spaces, a concierge, and more. It’s modern, well-kept, and gives off a very luxurious vibe.

What really made the experience exceptional was Jesse. He was warm, professional, and incredibly patient. As a mom of a talkative and energetic 6-year-old, I sometimes get anxious during... tours, but Jesse made me feel so welcome and at ease. He gave my son grace, engaged with him, and made the entire experience comfortable for our family.

I’m definitely applying to live here! And if you’re thinking about touring, I highly recommend asking for Jesse — he made a big difference. Thank you again, Jesse!
