Love the amenities and building, however wish management was a bit more on top of things with move in/move out and relets but I hear they're between management currently!

Most of the staff are very unhelpful, and the building is not kept up well! If you are a UMD student, there are definitely better apt options around campus.

This is my First year living at the 9 I Honestly would say living here is actually better than living on campus The reason being is because you have your own space

Good amenities (study room is the best!), polite staff and well maintained apartment. Located near lidl. Bonus: has a bus stop right outside the building.

A quiet but fun apartment community. People are nice. The area is very walkable and has lots to do. Only problem is the elevator brakes or stops working very often.
