1315 Clifton Apartments offers a great living experience. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the location is convenient for accessing the best parts of D.C. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, particularly Jessica. She was fantastic in assisting with all the necessary arrangements, from paperwork to apartment day-to-day questions. They were also flexible on lease durations if that is something that you are interested in. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

There is a 5 month wait for a parking spot in the building but upon signing they will tell you it will only be a couple of weeks.
Not worth it to splurge for a balcony unit as you will be about 15 feet for the balcony across the way with 9 units that can see directly into your apartment and you can see directly into theirs as well.
For a fairly new building, the caulking in the bathroom should not be splitting. But worst of all, the walls and the doors are cardboard thin. From my unit, I can... hear full conversations of my neighbors and those walking in the hall.
The common areas and roof top are nice but cannot be used as study/work areas as the common space wifi has been down for several months and likely will not be fixed any time soon. Same wifi issues goes for the gym, great gym but underground with zero service so data will not work either.
All in all, it is not a terrible place to live but for the price, it is highly unlikely I will be renewing.
