I toured the property last year it was called the Boathouse, tiny spaces and amenities are not free or included in the rent.It seemed more like an HOA then a rental property with the many separate fees.

Many hidden fees!
Small units with low ceilings , there are a few yearly and monthly fees not disclosed until your ready to lease that will affect your rent budget.Nice views.

All applicable fees are disclosed upfront during the application so future residents can make informed decisions. Love it here
I have been here for 2 months and extended my stay. I have read the reviews and it freaked me out before I stayed here. But the staff here are great. The apartments were recently renovated and look gorgeous. Short term lease options are available. Huge shout out to Kaleab, Favin, Steven, and one of the other women at night. They made the move so easy and addressed any issues I had promptly.
