Best view/location with the best property management!

My husband and I have lived in multiple luxury high rise apartments and this is actually our second Bozzuto property and is by far our favorite. I assumed the location was going to be my favorite part but it’s actually just one of many. The building is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and truly feels like a luxury residence in every sense. The amenities are top-tier and thoughtfully curated, and the common spaces are always spotless and welcoming. The staff and management team are... professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents, which makes a HUGE difference. The location is unbeatable—convenient, vibrant, and perfect for enjoying everything DC has to offer. I couldn’t recommend this building more!

Wonderful Property and Amazing Management/Staff

I recently moved into this building and it has been nothing short of a wonderful and positive experience. I'm very happy with my unit and the amenities/features the building provides, and the management and maintenance staff have been professional in every sense. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my decision to be a resident at Accolade - it truly feels like home whenever I come back from a day out.

Unique Spaces and Welcoming Atmosphere

As a well-executed conversion project from commercial to residential space, Accolade has unique layouts and features while still providing a welcoming and charming ambiance. The rooftop offers BREATHTAKING views and tenant amenities and apartment finishes are well curated. The property management staff is professional and maintains high standards while being incredibly approachable and friendly.

Best new apartment building in DC

I toured a few apartments at the Accolade last month. The building itself is beautifully maintained — the lobby and common areas are spotless and stylish, and the amenities are top-notch. The fitness center has all the equipment I need, and the rooftop lounge has some of the best views in the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax after work or entertain friends.
The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes feel high-end, and the natural light in the units make it... feel warm and inviting. Plus, the location is unbeatable — you can walk to incredible restaurants (Joe’s!), museums, and green spaces within minutes.
