Collection 14 is an excellent place to live. The staff are very polite, professional, and nicely dressed. The apartment is clean, and quiet. It is really ideal for my situation as someone working in downtown DC.

Very unprofessional staff. Had to call several times a day to get them to check emails. Decided not to rent after all.
