Not living here long enough to make a fair assessment. However, apart from the repair snafu, staff has been top tier in professionalism and attitude. Would like to respond again after a few weeks.

I had to leave an abusive situation where I was living. I was very happy I was allowed to apply, set up accounts, and lease online. I was able to move in a way that was safe and that worked for me. I am happy with my move and I am glad I chose Washington DC.

Overall experience is a high 8-9...Thats b/c of Robin and Roz and location...I truly can't say enough about their attitude and warmth every day to me and all the residents when we leave or return home. Give all three a raise!
