For Rhode Island Row
Good $ / sf for an apartment located above the metro. Located in an up and coming neighborhood, but apt complex is pretty safe. Great amenities and more retail is popping up on 1st levels.

Loved the option to see this apartment online in the 3D viewing. Made me want to see it in person and when I did, I loved it. It was just like how I pictured online.

We've been living here since it first opened. We haven't left because it is so convenient to the metro and close to our work. Here are some things you should consider 1. It's across the street from the metro. Awesome. 2. Maintenance is amazing at responding to issues. I've had issues resolved within a day. 3. These are cookie cutter apartments, so things break often. 4. Walls are thin. You can hear every dog's bark, every party, every metro that goes by. 5. Students are the worst (but I've had that issue at other apartments in DC). 6. This isn't a pet-friendly apartment. There is a sad looking dog park. 7. Unlike other neighborhoods in DC, there isn't places to walk around (we have a baby, and take the metro to go somewhere to take him on a walk). 8. The concierges are amazing. If you're moving, consider living in the 2300 building, so services are more convenient to you. 9. The gym is a godsend. 10. There are no parks nearby.

Apartment building is nice, and super convenient being next to the metro. The rent is not outrageous, but is still high considering it is in DC. Overall, I have not had any problems with the place, although I do think the leasing office comes off unprofessional and inexperienced at times.
