I love my apartment!

I absolutely love living at 5333 Connecticut! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. Iyanna always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are happy—she’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I need. Davell is also amazing—super helpful and quick to assist whenever something comes up. The entire team here really cares about the residents, and it makes all the difference! Highly recommend 5333 to anyone looking for a great place to... live.

Just moved in and already impressed! The staff is super helpful, the building is spotless, and the location by the metro is so convenient. Love the amenities—pool, gym, and lounge all feel high-end. Excited to call this place home.

I recently toured 5333 and had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. The morning concierge was absolutely amazing—she greeted me with a warm welcome and even offered water, coffee, and refreshments right away. You rarely get that kind of hospitality when touring apartments!
While I waited (which was barely two minutes), I enjoyed browsing the beautifully designed lobby and admiring the peaceful waterfall in the Zen garden—it really set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Iyanna... was my guide for the tour, and she was outstanding. She went above and beyond, giving detailed explanations of each amenity and every unit we visited. Her knowledge and energy really made the tour enjoyable and informative.
Funny moment—I originally thought I was going to meet someone named Ivy… turns out Ivy is their high-tech resident robot! LOL LOL
All in all, this was one of the best apartment tours I’ve ever had. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place that truly values hospitality and attention to detail.

There has been a subtle but consistent drop - maintenance issues like no AC in hallways for several weeks, still ongoing -smelly trash rooms as a result - group on a regular basis smoking weed by the
loading dock out back most nights - smoking on balconies- the grills are not maintained - the fire pits don’t work - the hallway carpets are stained and have been - bike room a mess. Elevator out of service for 2 months now
We decided to not renew our lease and move
