the Remy has a huge mouse issue that started in the 3rd floor and now mouse are coming to 4th floormanagements doesnt care about anything will let you out of ur lease instead of fixing issues. the remy manager only cares about throwing monthly events and front staff will brush you off untill you go to rental office. All of the nice amenities do not work. cars are broken into daily in garage. and residents still pay 65 $ up monthly.

Your car will get stolen...either day or night. Homeless roam the halls. I constantly feel like I have to watch over my shoulder when walking the halls or going to the parking garage. Crime in this area is really bad.

Laughable security. Condescending staff. Mold. Flies. Homeless wander the building. Packages left unsecured behind desk. Gets rid of amenities while raising price. Terrible area, “harkins district” is not a thing. Deani is the worst.

Cute building, lots of amenities. However, they have a problem here with homeless people getting into the pool, sleeping in the common areas and hallways. Staff doesn't seem to care when you bring up the issue. Lots of money with a lack of safety.

Extremely disappointed with this building! Came for a tour & they wouldn’t take me because my DRIVERS LICENSE was not able to be “scanned” which is completely their issue & not mine. My DL was not expired & legal in the state of Maryland. They basically told me to get another DL just so it can be scanned or a passport. they should have another option to put in my DL # because why should I have to get another one. Parking garage exit gate is broken so anyone can go out & in and they are also... doing construction right across the street! Not worth the money, look elsewhere
