Love the gated community. Everyday I feel more at home. Quick and clean buildings is a plus and Addison row is that and more. It’s kid friendly and I love all the amenities the building has to offer. I would recommend Addison row to anyone

I love living here. I have not experienced any mice and roaches or navigate activities through my leasing here. The apartment is very comfortable the building is quite and very clean and most of all I'm closer to work now. I love living here.

This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve only lived here for two weeks. I paid for parking, parked in the correct spot, and displayed the parking sticker exactly as instructed. Despite this, my car was towed because I supposedly needed a second sticker — something management never mentioned during move-in. Being penalized for rules that were never communicated is beyond frustrating. If this is how things are handled here, I can only imagine how much worse it will get.... I would not recommend living here.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. At move-in, all residents sign and receive the parking rules, which state that both stickers must be displayed. This was also reviewed with you by our Assistant Manager. Because the property sticker was not... visible on your vehicle, the towing company did not recognize it as belonging to the community.
We also want to clarify that management was not contacted after the tow. Since we weren’t made aware, we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to assist you directly in this matter. Our team takes resident concerns seriously and always works to resolve issues whenever they are brought to our attention.
