Hello,
I recently toured this apartment building, and I had a great experience. Property Management - Maya was extremely helpful with answering all my questions and made me and my family feel welcomed. She was patient with my questions and changes. The apartment building has one of the best diverse culture settings I have come across. Overall, this was a 5 out of 5 experience for me. Anyone looking for culture, diversity and acceptance, this is the apartment for you.

I really enjoy living at The Highline for a variety of reasons. The location is incredibly convenient. It’s just a short walk to the metro station, the mall, restaurants, Safeway, and a movie theater. The team here is also fantastic. The concierge staff are always friendly and helpful, and they do a great job keeping mail and packages secure. The maintenance team is responsive, addressing concerns quickly and with excellent customer service.
I don’t have a pet, but I love how pet-friendly the... building is. It always brightens my day to see the adorable dogs coming and going. The pricing is also competitive for the area, especially considering the great amenities, including a well-equipped gym and coworking spaces with WiFi.

This has been one of the worst apartment complexes. I’ve lived in. The lease and staff changes every 6-8 months they’re unprofessional and lack proper communication for updating a residence on important issues. They have lost multiple works and I’m glad I keep an email trail to share the lost paperwork and have to be my own advocate because the lease and staff is not here with the residence. I’m not sure if it’s part of the Gray star training module to have your leasing team be rude and asked... you to residence, but I think that should change. I’m not paying rent to be surrounded by nasty and rude staff when I come back from work to home. There needs to be a change. ASAP before it gets rocky.

Recently had a viewing and everyone I meet, from the concierge Andre to the leasing manger Maya were extremely pleasant. Maya was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
The property is on the green line and there is plenty of shopping plus restaurants nearby, and the mall is in walking distance.
There is a spacious gym, a pet spa and Amazon lockers all onsite.
The 2 bedrooms apartment has floor to ceiling windows, a huge kitchen island, and a washer/dryer stack. Not to mention the walk in... closets.

When I first moved here the high line was a nice apartment but it has only gone downhill from there.
Leasing doesn’t even answer the phone anymore and every time and I do mean every time rent is due utilities are not available through the portal though leasing has promised for months they would be. The property manager seems to never be presence on the first of the month when rent is due and it’s a temp placed in leasing who will tell you they don’t know anything about the building or leasing.... At this point I’m not sure how the apartment continues to run. Then residents themselves just destroy the building dogs are constantly pooping in the halls, kids drop food and trash in the halls, at one point due to dirty neighbors I actually had roaches, and I have woken up to the carpeted hallway flooded from who knows what.Like the entire building just needs a revamp.
